It’s important to note that these issues are typically temporary and our dedicated team of expert engineers is continuously working to resolve them. The common causes include fluctuations in customer internet, issues with the box/apps/customer setup, challenges with your ISP, temporary channel outages from the server end, and periodic server updates/restarts for performance enhancement conducted on a weekly basis.

Buffering may occur due to low internet speed or high internet traffic.

Cause: The primary reason for buffering is often a slow internet connection, which can be attributed to low speed or excessive bandwidth usage by other users in your household.

If multiple users are active, consider disconnecting them and trying again. Another factor is the use of Wi-Fi, which may not be optimal for uninterrupted TV watching.

Resolution: For a smoother experience, connect directly to your router using a LAN (Ethernet) cable or a power-line adapter. If this isn’t feasible, try relocating the box closer to the router. Adjust your Wi-Fi channel to minimize interference with nearby devices. In case of buffering, press “pause” for 10-15 seconds and then resume, often resolving the need for buffering.
